Assets are images that you own or manage, which bear your property or properties. You can add assets to your Asset Library for your licensees to use on products, packaging and for marketing purposes.
Select "Assets" from the top green navigation bar, and then select "New Asset"
Select "Asset" for the type
Identifying your Asset
1. Give the Asset a title
2. Choose the file from its saved location
3. Enter a Description - A description can be descriptive text or a series of key words by which you might search
4. Select "Assign Property" and the select the property that appears on the asset from the drop-down menu. You can select multiple properties.
Select who can have access to the asset, then select "Submit"
1. Internal = Only those inside your organization
2. All Licensees = All active licensees
3. All Licensees for the selected properties = Only licensees who have one or more of the properties on their Agreement
4. Only Selected Licensees = Select the licensees you want to have access to this asset from the Select Licensees drop-down box
5. Select "Submit"
Your asset has been created.

You can create multiple folders to help manage your assets.
To create a folder, select "New Asset" from the asset management page, then:
1. Select Folder
2. Name the folder
3. Select Submit
You can move assets from the main library to a folder, and from one folder to another
1. Select the asset
2. Select the folder
3. Select move
You can add multiple folders and folders within folders
1. Main Library
2. Folder
3. Sub-folders
