To set up your default Intro and Outro text, and your Term Sheet default appearance, select "Setup" and "Term Sheets"
You can set default Intro and Outro Text that will show up on each term sheet. You can edit this text at the Agreement level to customize it for each situation.
1. Intro Text (shows at top of term sheet) and Outro Text (shows at bottom of term sheet)
2. Select your Header Color
3. Choose your Term Sheet Spacer - Line Break puts list items on separate lines; Commas puts list items on same line separated by commas
4. Choose your Category Names View - Do you want to show all levels of categories or hide some levels, i.e. "Accessories > Jewelry > Necklaces", or just "Necklaces"
5. Select whether you want to use your profile address or your invoice address on the term sheet
6. Select Licensor address label or Agent address label
7. Save changes
Hint: by hovering over the arrow in the text boxes, you can change the size of the box

If you leave a contact as "Select Contact (Optional), this field will not appear on the term sheet
If one has a mailing address different from that on the profile, you can choose to include their address on the Term Sheet.
Term Sheet View
Fields that are pre-populated with data from default set-ups can be edited or replaced for each Agreement.
Fields that are left blank will not show on the Term Sheet.
Properties, Categories, Territories and Distribution Methods text fields that are pre-populated with data from default set-ups can be edited or replaced for each Agreement.
1. This option displays the entered text instead of the specific Association (PCTD) set up for the Agreement
2. This option displays the entered text below the specific Association (PCTD) set up for the Agreement
3. Leave blank to display selected PCTD only
Term Sheet View
To edit the default Intro and Outro text, select 'Edit Term Sheet Text' before creating .pdf Term Sheet
