You can allow your licensees to report royalties without the use of SKUs if SKU numbers are unavailable to them

To set the global default setting, select 1. Setup and 2. Royalty Reporting Rules

Select "Report by SKU" if most of your licensees will use SKUs, select "Report by Property and Category" if not

To Allow Property and Category reporting for an individual Agreement, select the Agreement

Select the Royalties tab

Check the box

To add sale manually, select Add from step 3 of royalty reporting

Select the appropriate Property and Category and enter the rest of the required information

To upload sales, select Upload Sales from Step 3 of royalty reporting

Download the sales data template

Or use your own template

The downloaded sales data template does not require a SKU

Using your own data file will not require mapping for a SKU

To switch the licensee back to SKU reporting, go back to their agreement royalties page and uncheck the box
