For licensee with multiple submission. RoyaltyZone gives you the ability to upload a spreadsheet to create the framework of a submissions. This process does not submit the submissions, and only creates them.
The licensee will still need to upload the images and press the submit option.
This does however gives the licensee a faster way to create product submissions.
From the landing screen of product submissions press + Bulk Submission
Download the template
Complete the form
Select the field on the bulk upload
- Select Agreement. Note: can only upload submissions for one agreement at time.
- Select Type. Note, only available for submissions that create products and one type per bulk upload.
- Select the link to download the upload template.
- 4 Columns: SKU, SKU Description, Category, Property
- Select the link to download the available data items. Note, an agreement must be selected first.
- Unchecked if the file does not have a header row.
- Add your file
- Only 250 submissions can be added at a time.
- Must be in .csv format.
- File size must be less than 500 MB.
- No more than 4 columns.
An error message will be sent if any errors are on the file. Select the link to resolve the errors.
From the "Fix Bulk Product Submission Upload Errors" screen you can perform the following actions:
- Delete All Data and Upload New File
- Delete All with Errors and Continue Creating Those with No Errors
- Export Error List
- Search and sort for errors.
- Fix a row.
- Delete a row.
How to fix an error
Select the Fix link for the row.
- Fix the error and select Save.
- Select Back if you do not want to make any changes.
Errors include:
- Missing SKU
- SKU has already been taken
- Missing SKU Description
- Missing Category
- Category unrecognized
- Missing Property
- Property unrecognized
- Property does not have that Category
Once all errors are fixed or if the file did not have any errors, RoyaltyZone will create the submissions and send an email letting you know when completed. All submissions will have the status New and are ready for you to add any additional details, images, etc and submit.
