Once your agreement is published either internally or to the licensee. Any changes regarding the terms, guarantees and fee will have to go thru an amendment.
If you have approved royalties report, it might be mandatory for you to unapproved reports to change dates on an agreement.
Select Action > Amend.
Select New Amendment.
Select Agreement Dates.
Select the value you would like to change and press edit.
Example: End Date.
Select the new end date.
When changing the end date it can also extend the royalty rate and guarantee dates. Please make sure to select or deselect the values, if you either want the royalty rates, guarantees and fee to change or not.
Press save.
