How Do I Know When Licensees Submit Their Forecasts?

Updated on

When a licensee is required to submit their forecast, they will receive an email notification. There will be a red message inside their agreement stating they need to submit forecasting. Once they submit, the message will turn green.

What can you review at the top level?

  1. Forecast Overview: report showing the latest forecasts entered compared to actual.
  2. Forecast Details: only available if Custom Details is enabled. This report shows the forecasts entered by custom detail line. Note, there is no comparison to actual.
  3. #Agreement Requested
  4. Submitted: on screen list of agreements whose forecast have been updated since the last instance was created.
  5. Unsubmitted: on screen list of agreements whose forecasts have not been updated since the last instance was created.
  6. Summary: report detailing which licensees have submitted or not by agreement.
  7. Remind All: sends an email to all licensees that have not updated their forecast since the last instance was created.
