1. Select the licensee section from the left navigation bar
Licensee can be deleted if they don't have any agreements assigned to them.
A good practice is to always check that no agreement are assigned
If the licensee has no agreements, there should be a red X under Actions. Select this to delete
If the licensee has agreements, you must first cancel and delete the agreement(s) before you can delete. To learn how to cancel agreement please follow this link
