60 days before the Liability Insurance expires, RoyaltyZone will send reminders email to licensees. The emails reminders can be customizable and make it more personable.

If not filled out the email sent will be a RoyaltyZone generic email.

Go to Profile> Set up > Liability Insurance

Enter your default Liability Insurance requirements, which will be displayed on the details page of each License Agreement and on the Insurance certificate request emails. Be as specific as possible so that Licensees clearly understand the required coverage and endorsement verbiage. Note: you will have the opportunity to modify the default requirements for each Agreement

Enter your Certificate submission instructions, which will be included in Certificate request emails sent to the Licensee.
