The export period status report, gives you the ability to review the status of each royalty report, per licensee in a specific period.
Go to Royalties section
Select the accounting period you want to review
Select "Export Period Status"
A= Licensee Company
B= Agreement Name
C= Agreement Number
D= Account Manager
E= Agent
F= Agreement Status
G= Reporting Rule
H= Due On (When is the report due)
I= Date the report was calculated
J= Submitted date
K= Status of the report
L= Currency
M= Owed how much $ is owed
N= Due, after guarantee how much money id actually due
O= RZID, Internal number
