Understanding the product submissions landing page

Updated on

Landing screen:

Simple Search is a quick way to search, filter, and sort for the submission(s) you would like to review.

Advanced Search uses multiple parameters including custom and optional RoyaltyZone fields to locate or filter your submissions. Export the filtered results via the “Export Filtered” option in the Excel report.

By default, the Licensor/internal user will start on the “My Submissions” filter.

The submissions are listed in order of “days left”, from least to most, and oldest to newest. This is determined based on your workflow setup.
