Published Agreements can be Amended to make changes to dates, rights, and terms. NOTE: you can edit an agreement's details page, adjust advance recoupable balances, and adjust guarantee progress without making an amendment.
1. Access the agreement, then click "Action > Amend"
2. Click "New Amendment"
3. Select the item you'd like to change
4. Follow the instructions to complete the Amendment
5. RoyaltyZone saves a history of all amendments. Optional: click the email icon to notify the licensee of the change.
