1. Enter the Agreement edit mode, then scroll down to the bottom of Step 11.

  1. Click "Publish to Licensee" to invite the licensee to submit royalty reports, pay invoices, manage tasks, and view agreement terms
  2. Click "Publish Internally" to manage royalty reports and invoices without involving the Licensee.  The Licensee will receive no email notifications from RoyaltyZone.
  3. If you use RoyaltyZone for product submission and/or asset management, you can enable these functions for the Licensee when publishing the agreement

Note: You can publish the Agreement internally and still enable product submissions and/or assets for your licensees

When you select "Publish to Licensee", a table of available Licensee users will appear, allowing you to select the users to invite

  1. Check the box for User invite
  2. Click "Confirm"

To publish an agreement to the Licensee that has been previously published internally, select "Invite" from the drop-down
