How do I view and manage sales upload mappings?

To view and manage what properties, categories, territories, distribution methods, SKUs and/or currencies a licensee has mapped while uploading sales, go to Setup > Name & Template Mapping:

This page allows you to view and delete mappings. All mappings are tracked by the licensee. If a mapping is deleted for a licensee, they will be asked to map it again the next time their upload their sale data with their original data.

The table lists the following data:

  1. Licensee: all mappings are tracked by the licensee on the agreement and are applicable to all agreements for that licensee.
  2. Item: what is being mapped (eg, property, category, territory, distribution method, SKU and currency).
  3. Original Data: the name is in the sales upload file.
  4. Mapped To: value in RZ it was mapped to.

To search for data, simply start typing in the text box at the top of the applicable column. Select the X to clear the search

To Delete (#5), select the line to be deleted and then select the Delete button. To select all, select the box in the header for the last column.

How do I view and manage custom sales upload templates?

To view and manage custom sales upload templates a licensee has created while uploading sales, go to Setup > Name & Template Mapping:

The page allows you to review all custom sales upload templates created and delete ones that are no longer in use.

You can view the Name of the custom field, the reporting rule, the date created, who created it and the company the user who created it is from.

In addition, you can

  1. View the column names and what fields they are mapped to.
  2. Allows you to delete the custom template.
