If Forecast is enabled for an agreement, the Forecast tab is available.
The page includes the following:
- Licensor Instructions: from Setup > Forecast.
- Forecast Template: from Setup > Forecast.
- By Period or By Detail: Views if Custom Details is enabled.
- Edit: allows user to edit the forecast.
- Export to CSV: export of data in table.
- Table showing latest forecast and actuals data. Note: the + column is only available when Custom Details is enabled and shows the details lines that make up the total.
- + Attachment: allows the licensee to upload files.
- Attachment table: shows the attachments uploaded and allows to be downloaded or removed.
- History: details actions taken.
Reports available
The export function will export the forecast in the format you have entered either simple or detailed.
