Select "Royalties" from the top green navigation bar, then select "Licensed In"
Select "Manage" for the period you want to process
Select "Calculate"
RoyaltyZone will begin pulling in sales from applicable License Agreements
1. This message will appear at the top of your page
2. As report processing is completed, the status and available Actions will change
3. Select "View Period Sales" to access the Sales Not Reported on a Participation Agreement Report to validate your Licensee sales against the Participation reports. NOTE: This should be done after all reports are processed, but before submitting the individual reports
4. Select "Submit" on the individual reports to review, submit and approve
Within the Participation Report, you can navigate to Step 3 to delete individual line items, if necessary
And then "Recalculate" at Step 4 to pick up the change
Note: Recalculate Report from inside a Participation Report only picks up changes made on Step 3 of the report. It will not pick up changes made to Licensee royalty reports.
Once everything is correct, you can submit the individual reports
1. Check that you've examined the report (Required)
2. Check if you want to email a notice to the Participant (Optional)
3. Select "Submit"
Once the Report is submitted, you will receive this message:
1. Select "View "Report" to view and approve the report
2. Select "Export Report" to export the totals
3. Select "View Agreement" to view the Participation agreement
NOTE: Reports must be approved before further reports can be submitted
On the Report Management page, you can:
1. Calculate all Participation Reports
2. Recalculate all Participation Reports that are not approved if you make changes to Licensee royalty reports
3. Unapprove All approved Participation Reports for the reporting period
4. Review individual Participation Reports
5. Recalculate individual Participation Reports for changes made on Licensee royalty reports
To validate your Licensee sales against your Participation Reports, select "View Period Sales"
then select "Sales Not Reported on a Participation Agreement"
RoyaltyZone will email you a .csv file showing all Licensee sales that were not included on a Participation Report.
The report will show you:
1. The Source (licensee) agreement
2. If it was included in another Participant Report
3. Reason it was not included on a report
4. Participation Reports it was previously included on
5. Information about the sale
