1. RoyaltyZone will let you know if there are any Advance or Guarantee invoices that need to be created when publish an Agreement
Go to the invoice section within your agreement.
Click on the $ icon to create the invoice
The "Create Invoice" page explains what is being invoiced (in this case, the initial amount due upon signature), and lets you edit the default invoice number, due date, amount, and/or payment instructions. Click "Create Invoice" to proceed.
Under Terms Advance/Guarantee, press on the calendar actions
The "Guarantee Progress" table displays all invoice and royalty payments that count towards satisfying the guarantee.Click on the Invoice number to view, print, or receive payment for the invoice.
The "Recoupable Balance" table is update when payment is received for an Advance or Guarantee invoiced as recoupable.
