A Marketing Contributions is the amount your licensee agrees to pay you for marketing during the life of their agreement and can be set for the overall contract terms or for specific periods, properties, categories, territories and/or distribution channels.
Marketing Contributions are set up in Step 9 (Fees) as a Recurring Fee
Next, set your Marketing Commitment terms
1. Enter the name of the Contribution
2. Enter the calculation method
3. Enter the start and end dates for the Contribution
4. Choose Marketing Contribution
5. Select "Next"
1. Enter the rate and 2. select "Save"
Select the 1. Properties, 2. Categories, 3. Territories and 4. Distribution that you want to use to calculate the Marketing Contribution. 5. Select "Next".
This example shows the Contribution applies to only the property "Buddy", in all categories, territories and distribution
If this Marketing Contribution has a guarantee, select "Yes, Add". Otherwise, select "No, Don't Add".
Marketing Contribution status can be viewed within the Agreement by selecting 1. Terms and 2. Fees
