Associations are used to assign licensing rights to your agreements, define how products are created, and how royalty rates, advances, guarantees, and/or fees are calculated and tracked in RoyaltyZone. Associations are shared across all of your license agreements, so try to use a naming convention that will present you with meaningful data when analyzing the results of your licensing program, yet minimizes data entry options for your licensees

Go to Profile Icon and select Setup

Select Associations

Select Distribution Method

Add Distribution Method Manually

Press "New Distribution Method"

Enter Code (if applicable), enter Description (name of distribution method), press create.

Upload Distribution Method.

Select "Upload" under the Distribution Method page

Upload a comma-separated file (CSV). Place the Distribution Method Code in first column and the Distribution Method Description in second column
