Retailers option allows you to set up a group of retailers under a distribution method that will assign those retailers to an Agreement when the distribution method is assigned. As you add new retailers to a Distribution Method, they are automatically added to all Agreements using that Distribution Method and are available for those licensees to report on.
From the top navigation bar, select "Set Up" and click "Associations"
Click "Distribution Methods"
To Manually add a retailer, select ""Distribution Methods" then click "Show" button
Click "Add Retailer"
Fill in Information and click "Submit"
Note: "Name" is the only required field. All others are optional. "Name" must be unique within each Distribution Method.
To upload, select "Upload Retailers"
Your Retailers are listed under the appropriate Distribution Method
1. Choose File
2. Choose Column Separator
3. Check if you have a Header Row
4. Import
1. Choose File
2. Your upload file should be in a csv format.
Note: Need to know how to view and edit your retailer go to "How Do I View/Edit my Retailers?"
