Create a pending amendment if you need to route a proposed amendment for internal and/or external approval prior to making a change to the agreement in RoyaltyZone. You can assign a workflow to each pending amendment.

Select 1. Actions, 2. Amend, 3. New Pending Amendment

Enter Item text and Change text

Enter Details text, assign Workflow and select 'Save'

Note:  Details text field is the only text field that shows on the pending amendment term sheet.

You can view the pending amendment, export a pdf amendment term sheet, check the status of a pending amendment and edit it from the Amend page

1. All pending amendments for this Agreement

2. To export a pdf amendment term sheet, check the box of the amendment(s) you want included and select 'Export Amendment Term Sheet' for routing

3. View the progress of the workflow by selecting the Status (see results below)

You can view the workflow progress, change the workflow or cancel the pending amendment

1. Amendment workflow tasks show up on all RoyaltyZone Task pages

2. Cancel the pending amendment

2. Change the amendment workflow

Agreement status is changed to "Pending Amendment" to help track amendments being routed

Once the final task is marked complete, the Agreement status changes to published and you can make the change in RoyaltyZone via New Amendment
