Only published agreements can be cancelled. New (unpublished) agreements can be archived or deleted.
1. Access the agreement, then click Actions > Cancel
2. Click "OK" to confirm that you want to cancel the agreement
3. The agreement status is changed to "Canceled" and the licensee is notified (unless published Internal)
4. Cancelled agreements can be Archived or Deleted via the Actions menu
