1. Use "Actions > Amend" to start the Amend process
2. Click "New Amendment"
3. Click "Advances / Guarantees"
4. You can perform several actions via Amend:
1. Click "New Guarantee" to add another advance/guarantee to the agreement
2. Click "Edit Name & Dates" to change the guarantee name or effective dates
3. Click "Edit Associations" to change the rights associated to the guarantee
4. Click "Edit Schedules" to modify the payment schedule
5. To LOWER the total guarantee amount: a) click "Edit Schedules", b) delete one or more payment milestones, c) click "Done" when finished
6. Click on the "email icon" to notify the licensee of the change via email
7. To RAISE the total guarantee amount: a) click "Edit Schedules", b) click "Add Schedule and Increase Guarantee Amount"
8. Enter the new payment milestone details and click "Update"
9. Use a new amendment for each additional payment milestone you need to add
10. To EDIT one or more payment milestones, first delete the milestone that you want to edit
11. Next, click "Add Schedule and Increase Guarantee Amount"
12. Then, enter the corrected payment milestone due date, amount, and description. Click "Update" when done.
