Restricted users can view agreement terms and financial data and manage tasks for only those agreements you invite them to access. Here's how to do so.
1. Click "Setup" and then "Users"
2. Click "Add User"
3. Select user role "Restricted"
Note: click the blue help icon to view a list permissions for each user role.
4. Complete the user contact info, then click invite.
5. Click "Edit Agreements" to grant access to one or more agreements.
NOTE: click Add for each agreement you want to allow the restricted user to access
6. You can also click on any agreement's Access tab to view, remove, or add restricted users
