RoyaltyZone sends an email reminder 60 days before an agreement expires, but you can renew an agreement at any time.
1. Access the agreement, then click Actions > Renew

2. Click "Continue with Renewal"

3. Click the Renewed Item "Agreement Name"

4. Click "Edit Term Sheet" to edit details

5. Enter Term Sheet Test Description and click "Save"

7. Proceed to the Publish page (Step 11) and publish when ready

8. Access the original agreement (and vice versa) using the Agreement Header links.
