We all make mistakes! In product submission, if you action a submission by mistake and sent it back to the licensee you have the ability to "Take back" the submission and re-action it with the proper solution.
Note if you "Grant Final Approval" the take back functionality will not be available.
Go back into the submission and press "Take Back"
The submission will then be available for you to action correctly
