At times categories and properties can change on a SKU. RoyaltyZone gives you the ability to edit a SKU and attached the new category and or property.
Please note, this is on go forward basis. Meaning all sales reports will pick the new category, property and description going forward and will not adjust anything already approved.
To edit individual products (SKUs), select the Products tab in the agreement
Select the Product to edit by using the following methods;
- Use the "Eyeglass" icon to search for specific SKU, or
- You can select the desired Product from the list in the Products table by click view next to the product
Select "Edit Details" to make changes
Product: Edit Detail Page
1. Type in SKU - or new SKU information if applicable
2. Update Description - if applicable
3. Enter URL if applicable
4. Type in data in "Reporting Note" Box
5. Select Manufacturer from the Drop Down LIst
6. Click "Save"
You can upload a product image, add a SKU Alias (additional reporting numbers for this product) add associations or edit the property and/or category
- Select Upload Images to upload a photo of the SKU
- Select Add Associations to add multiple properties to a SKU
- Select Add Alias to add additional reporting numbers for this SKU
- Select Edit to change the property or category
- Select Archive to archive the association
If you select Edit, you can change the property or category
- Change the category
- Change the property
- Change the bundle factor
- Remember to select Update to save your changes
To edit multiple products at once, select "Edit" from the products page in the agreement
Download the existing product data template
Fill out the columns for the products you want to change and save as a .csv file
- Enter new description in this column
- Enter new property in this column
- Enter new category in this column
- Enter new manufacturer in this column
- Enter new bundle factor in this column.
- Leave any fields that do not change blank
Upload your saved file
When the changes are uploaded, RoyaltyZone will show you the successes and errors
