You can delete a fee when no sales reporting have taken place. If any sales have been using the fee rate or the guarantee fee, you will need to unapproved and reject the sales report.
Select amend in the actions drop down of your agreement.
Select new amendment
Select Fees.
Select the "Delete" in the Actions section.
The delete option will show and be listed only if allowed.
