How do I add Agents to my Agreements?

You can assign an Agent to an agreement, export the term sheet, and invite the agent users to log in.  Agents will only see their assigned agreements, and they will be able to view agreements, invoices, products, and submit royalty reports. Agents can also submit products for approval if you are using RoyaltyZone Product Manager as your product approval software.

To add an agent to a new agreement, on the Descriptions step, select the agent from the drop-down

Then select the agent users for the agreement roles, if applicable

Check the "Include Address on Term Sheet" option if any of the agent users have a different address than the agent AND you want that address to appear on the term sheet.

Don't forget to select "Next" at the bottom of the page to save your changes.

To add an agent to an existing agreement, select Actions > Edit in the agreement

Select the agent and users from the drop-downs
