How Do I Edit Products?
Updated onArticleAt times categories and properties can change on a SKU. RoyaltyZone gives you the ability to edit a SKU and attached the new category and or property. Please note, this is on go forward basis. Meaning all sales reports will pick the new category, property and description going forward and will not adjust anything already approved.

How do I fix product upload errors?
Updated onArticleYou can fix errors from within RoyaltyZone: The total number of errors is displayed You can export a csv file of the errors The error type and corresponding row in your spreadsheet are displayed You can "Fix" or "Delete" each error You can "Cancel" the entire upload You can "Delete All" rows with errors and then click "Continue" to complete the upload for valid products only. See below for help on fixing errors via the "Export Product Errors" file

How do I View and Export SKU Aliases
Updated onArticleA SKU Alias represent a child to the SKU. For example: SKU 123, and for each size you have a SKU Alias 123S, 123M, 123L, 123Xl. Sales can be reported on the SKU or the SKU Alias. The Analyze Royalties report, will sum up the numbers at the SKU level.

How do I Upload Products?
Updated onArticleYou can upload your own products if you have an Open product management system. All other product management systems (Closed, RZ PRoduct Manager, MediaBox, ProofTrak) must use the product management system designated for submission of new products. If your Licensor uses a product management system, and you have existing products not submitted via that system, they must be sent to your Licensor to upload. Please follow the steps below and once you have created your csv upload file, email it to your Licensor for uploading.

Updated onArticleRoyaltyZone relies on data that you enter/upload for your licensed products to determine proper royalty rates and track advances and guarantees. You must create your product database in RoyaltyZone before you report royalties. Any product that you sell that utilizes one or more licensed properties must be added to your RoyaltyZone product database. Products, or SKUs, can be added using RoyaltyZone's one-step entry form, or by uploading them using the RoyaltyZone Product Data Template
