How do I fix product upload errors?

RoyaltyZone display any errors found in your product upload file

You can fix errors from within RoyaltyZone:

  1. The total number of errors is displayed
  2. You can export a csv file of the errors
  3. The error type and corresponding row in your spreadsheet are displayed
  4. You can "Fix" or "Delete" each error
  5. You can "Cancel" the entire upload
  6. You can "Delete All" rows with errors and then click "Continue" to complete the upload for valid products only. See below for help on fixing errors via the "Export Product Errors" file

Click "Fix" to resolve each error, select the appropriate item from the drop-down list, then click "Fix This Item" when done.

What if I Can't Fix All of the Errors on This Page?

  1. Fix all the errors that you can. then on the Error Fix Table
  2. Select Export Product Errors and save the exported file
  3. Select Delete All. This allows the upload to proceed with any products that don't have errors
  4. Open the exported file
  5. Investigate the error and either correct the file or amend the agreement to correct it
