Did you download the RoyaltyZone upload file? |

Did you make sure the SKUs you’re reporting is showing on the Products tab in your agreement? In the “manage product” Step 2, export the listing of your active SKU. |

If you use RoyaltyZone Product Manager, did you verify that all SKUs you’re reporting on are approved? |
|
Did you fill out all the Invoice Data, SKU, Territory, Distribution Method, Retailers, Gross Sales, Unit, and Unit Price Columns? |
|
Make sure you are reporting in the correct currency. If you do not have a currency column on your template, the report will upload in the agreement currency. If your template has a currency column, enter a currency that is listed on the available data sheet. |

Double check you have no “Zero” value in the gross sales, Units, and Price column |
|
Numbers must be formatted as a number, two decimal places, no dollar sign or other currency character; negatives showing with a minus sign Ex: -5.00 |
|
Do not report any deductions if you have already calculated them into the gross sale amount. |
|
Returns are reported on separate rows, as a negative unit, negative gross sale amount and negative deduction amount |
|
Discounts and other deductions are reported as a positive number with sales, in the discount column |

Your file should be formatted in a columnar style, with column headings across the top starting in cell A1 and data in continuous rows starting in cell B1. |
