RoyaltyZone's Ever-evolving modern design allows for a more intuitive user experience
This release includes usability improvements to the product submission details screens, including a single view of all submission items, enhanced and consistent history section, new export option and a new next button. The following is an introduction to these enhancements.
Attachments
- Selection the image to see an enlarged version
- Select the arrows to scroll right or left
- See the number of Attachments and select the + to add new
- Select the ‘Download All’ prompt to download all images in a zip format
- Select the ‘View All’ prompt to see a pop-up of all of the images at one time
Hover over the enlarged image for additional data and actions
- Shows image name, stage, date added and size of image
- Select icon to View/Annotate the image
- Select to Download the image
- Select to Export the image
- Select to Delete the image
Submission Details and New Tasks
- Displays SKU number and description
- Lists submission details including any custom fields
- Select ‘Edit Details’ prompt to open the edit details screen
- Select ‘Submission Instructions’ prompt to see a pop up with your submission details
- Select ‘Tasks’ to take you to the task list screen and ‘+’ to add a new task to the submission
Actions and New Export Option
- Select ‘Actions’ to view list of choices to proceed. This is the same list as prior with the exception of Export
- Select Export to download the new pdf report of the submission including images, details, workflow, comments and optional history section
Next Button
Selecting the Next button takes you to the next submission in line based on the default logic selected in User Preferences. It is located under Actions and at the bottom of the submission, below History.
By default, the selection is ‘Next submission in order based on latest search/filter of the Product Submission list screen.’
To change the Next button logic:
- Hover over profile image
- Select User Preferences
- Choose one of the following options
- Next submission in order based on latest search/filter of the Product Submission list screen
- Next submission in order for the current Agreement
- Next product submission in order of My Tasks
- Select Update
- Displays a section for each stage in the workflow. By default, the current stage is opened
- Select ‘Collapse All’ button to close all stage details
- Select ‘Expand All’ button to open all stage details
- Select the ‘-‘ to close or the ‘+’ to open the stage details
