Access your Royalties page and select the report you want rejected or un-approved
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and 1. Enter Reason and 2. "Select Request Unapproval"
An email will be sent to your licensor asking them to unapprove your report. If the report is submitted, but not yet approved, the "Request Rejection" button will appear.
